Over crowds or gatherings of people
At night
More than 400 feet above the ground
In inclement weather
In strong or gusty wind conditions
In certain types of airspace
Near correctional facilities or prisons

REFUNDS

A refund will be made if it is discovered we cannot conduct the intended operation due to legal or safety concerns.
Once the video or photographic product has been delivered to you, no refund can be made.
One additional re-edit is allowed if you are not satisfied with the product.  After that, an hourly editing rate will apply.

SAFETY

The pilot on site will have the final say-so over whether it is safe to operate the intended flight.  Proximity to airports, power lines, trees, antennas, all pose hazards and may prevent us from being able to fly safely.  If an alternative flight or plan cannot be agreed upon, we will refund any deposit collected.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE AND FLIGHT PERMISSION FORM

Some states require drone operators to obtain permission from property owners (or authorized agents) before flying over private property.  All customers are required to sign a permission & photo release form before we can conduct the flight.

The “Photographic Release” allows us to use video and photographs captured in the course of doing business for other purposes such as advertising and creating “stock footage.”   We do not use “close-in” images of people without their permission.

PRIVACY

Fly2High takes privacy concerns seriously and endeavors not to deliberately violate someone’s privacy.  Property owners are required to consent to and sign a release allowing us access to the premises as well as to photograph and video property, and persons on the property, as needed to complete the job.  When conducting drone flights, we make efforts not to fly over adjacent, privately-owned property.  However, due to the very nature of flight operations, the craft sometimes strays over adjacent areas.  If this occurs, cameras are directed toward the target property and effort is made to minimize capturing images of persons and structures on adjacent privately-owned land.  If images are captured containing persons on adjacent property, they are evaluated to see if persons can be reasonably identified.  If they can, we may contact the property owner in an attempt to obtain permission to use the images.  Failing that, we will either pixelate persons, digitally removed them from the images, or simply delete the footage.
